Caregiver Awards

We are pleased to offer Caregiver Awards to help offset childcare and dependent-care expenses during the annual meeting. These awards aim to make conference participation more accessible for researchers and attendees with caregiving responsibilities, enabling them to fully engage in conference activities.

Recipients may use the funds in the way that best supports their family’s needs. While CCN is unable to provide on-site childcare services, awardees are welcome to arrange their own caregiving solutions.

Eligible expenses may include:

• Third-party dependent care services during the conference
• Travel expenses for a designated caregiver
• Per diem support of up to $50 per day for a designated caregiver

Award Value: Up to $500 per recipient. If applications exceed available funding, priority will be given to researchers in the early stages of their careers.

Recommended Childcare Services: For parents attending CCN near NYU who need childcare, the Local Organizing Committee recommends Village Kids, and Creative Steps.
